Warranty Repairs. While the unit(s) provided hereunder are under warranty, all repairs shall be completed within five (5) working days after receipt of unit(s). This period may be extended at the user's option and such extension shall be documented in writing. In the event of failure to perform repairs within five (5) working days and failure to receive approval for time extension, the Vendor shall provide a like unit until repairs are completed. All repairs shall be performed at the Vendor’s place of business or other facility of his/her choice. Delivery of unit(s) for repair and all costs associated therewith shall be the user's responsibility.
Warranty Repairs. No Products are warranted by AEE Solar. You will receive from AEE Solar the manufacturer’s standard warranty (if any) provided with Products. You are responsible for complying with all manufacturer installation instructions. Some manufacturers may provide warranties only to the end user and not to you. Note: Many states and localities have codes and regulations governing the sales, construction, installation, or use of Products. Before purchasing a Product, please determine whether the Product complies with those rules.
Warranty Repairs. The ARG warranty period begins from date of purchase. Warranty is only available to the original end purchaser of the product and cannot be transferred. We will, at our option, repair or replace any part or product found to be defective in workmanship or material under normal use and condition. Warranty is void if damage occurred because of deliberate or accidental physical damage, neglect, misuse or if the product has been repaired or modified by anyone other than a factory authorized service technician. Warranty does not include normal wear and tear on the product or any other physical damage unless the damage was the result of a manufacturing defect.
Warranty Repairs. If the problems are deemed to be covered by the Limited Warranty, and if the Limited Warranty is still in force on the specific Product, BIT shall, at its expense, make the required repairs and return the unit to Client or its designee in working order. If a part needs to be procured from an approved supplier who requires a set-up fee, Client shall be notified by BIT and given the option of ordering additional parts under the same set-up fee. Any such set-up fee shall be billed to Client at [***].
Warranty Repairs. Unless stated otherwise, Warranty repairs of all defective Products sold to the buyer by KDDI are the sole responsibility of the original Product manufacturer and buyer.
Warranty Repairs. Dealer shall perform (i) warranty repairs on each Isuzu Product which qualifies for such repairs under the provisions of any warranty furnished therewith by Distributor or by the manufacturer thereof and (ii) such other inspections, repairs or adjustments as may be approved or authorized by Distributor. Dealer shall perform such repairs and adjustments on each such Isuzu Product as and when required thereon and requested by the owner, without regard to its origin of purchase, and in accordance with the provisions relating thereto set forth in the Service Policies and Procedures Manual and in bulletins and instructions furnished by Distributor to Dealer from time to time. Dealer shall provide each owner or user for whom Dealer performs such repairs or adjustments with a copy of the repair order covering the same.

If the Goods are or become defective in any way during the Warranty Period, then, at the Customer's absolute discretion: the Supplier must immediately replace or repair the Goods at the Supplier's cost; or the Customer may return the Goods to the Supplier and may terminate the Customer Contract in respect of identical Goods which have not yet been delivered. The Supplier must fully refund any amounts paid for the Goods that the Customer does not retain.
