Common use of Warrants Owned by the Corporation Clause in Contracts

Warrants Owned by the Corporation. or its Subsidiaries - Certificate to be Provided For the purpose of disregarding any Warrants owned legally or beneficially by the Corporation or any Subsidiary of the Corporation in Section 9.17 hereof, the Corporation shall provide to the Warrant Agent, from time to time, a certificate of the Corporation setting forth as at the date of such certificate:
