Common use of Warrants on Exercise Clause in Contracts

Warrants on Exercise. Upon any partial exercise by an Investor (or then holder of the Warrants) of the Warrants, the Company shall issue and deliver to such Investor (or holder) within 3 Trading Days of the date on which such Warrants are exercised, a new Warrant or Warrants representing the number of adjusted Warrant Shares, Adjustment Shares or Optional Warrant Shares, as the case may be, in accordance with the terms of such Warrants.
