WARRANTIES AND REPRESENTATIONS OF ERICSSON. Ericsson warrants and represents to the Purchaser as follows and acknowledges that the Purchaser is relying upon such representations and warranties in connection with the purchase by the Purchaser of the Purchased Shares and that the Purchaser would not have entered into this Agreement without the full benefit of such warranties and representations.
