Common use of Warning Clause in Contracts

Warning. Products shall be accompanied by a warning as described in Section 2.2 below, no later than 90 days after the Effective Date. The warning requirements set forth in Section 2.2 below shall apply only to Products that are distributed, marketed, sold or shipped for sale in the State of California. The warning requirement shall not apply to Products that are already in the stream of commerce as of the Effective Date or that Best places into the stream of commerce within 90 days of the Effective Date.

Warning. Products shall be accompanied by a warning as described in Section 2.2 below, no later than 90 days after the Effective Date. The warning requirements set forth in Section 2.2 below shall apply only to Products that are distributed, marketed, sold or shipped for sale in the State of CaliforniaCalifornia by Apothecary. The warning requirement shall not apply to Products that are already in the stream of commerce as of the Effective Date or that Best Apothecary places into the stream of commerce within 90 days of the Effective Date.

Warning. The warning requirement shall not apply to Products that are already in the stream of commerce as of the Effective Date or that Best Xxx Xxxx manufactures or places into the stream of commerce within 90 days of the Effective Date.

Warning. Products that do not meet the warning exemption standard set forth in Section 2.1 above shall be accompanied by a warning as described in Section 2.2 2.3 below, no later than 90 days after the Effective Date. The warning requirements set forth in Section 2.2 2.3 below shall apply only to Products that are distributed, marketed, sold or shipped for sale in the State of California. The warning requirement shall not apply to Products that are already in the stream of commerce as of the Effective Date or that Best Sunny places into the stream of commerce within 90 days of after the Effective Date.

Warning. Products that do not meet the warning exemption standard set forth in Section 2.1 above shall be accompanied by a warning as described in Section 2.2 2.3 below, no later than 90 days after the Effective Date. The warning requirements set forth in Section 2.2 2.3 below shall apply only to Products that are distributed, marketed, sold or shipped for sale in the State of California. The warning requirement shall not apply to Products that are already in the stream of commerce as of the Effective Date or that Best Great Star places into the stream of commerce within 90 days of the Effective Date.

Warning. Products shall be accompanied by a warning as described in Section 2.2 below, no later than 90 days 18 months after the Effective Date. The warning requirements set forth in Section 2.2 below shall apply only to Products that are distributed, marketed, sold or shipped for sale in the State of California. The warning requirement shall not apply to Products that are already in the stream of commerce as of the Effective Date or that Best G Xxxxx places into the stream of commerce within 90 days 18 months of the Effective Date.

Warning. Products shall be accompanied by a warning as described in Section 2.2 below, no later than 90 days after the Effective Date. The warning requirements set forth in Section 2.2 below shall apply only to Products that are distributed, marketed, sold or shipped for sale in the State of California. The warning requirement shall not apply to Products that are already in the stream of commerce as of the Effective Date or that Best Simple places into the stream of commerce within 90 days of the Effective Date.

Warning. Products that do not meet the warning exemption standard set forth in Section 2.1 above shall be accompanied by a warning as described in Section 2.2 2.3 below, no later than 90 180 days after the Effective Date. The warning requirements set forth in Section 2.2 2.3 below shall apply only to Products that are distributed, marketed, sold or shipped for sale in the State of California. The warning requirement shall not apply to Products that are already in the stream of commerce as of the Effective Date or that Best Osmartech places into the stream of commerce within 90 days of the Effective Date.

Warning. Products shall be accompanied by a warning as described in Section 2.2 below, no later than 90 days after the Effective Date. The warning requirements set forth in Section 2.2 below shall apply only to Products that are distributed, marketed, sold or shipped for sale in the State of California. The warning requirement shall not apply to Products that are already in the stream of commerce as of the Effective Date or that Best ITW places into the stream of commerce within 90 days of the Effective Date.
