Warehouse Storage Fees Sample Clauses

The Warehouse Storage Fees clause defines the charges incurred for storing goods in a warehouse beyond an agreed-upon period. Typically, this clause outlines the daily or monthly rates applied to stored items, specifies when fees begin to accrue, and may detail any additional costs for special handling or oversized items. Its core function is to ensure that both parties understand the financial obligations associated with prolonged storage, thereby encouraging timely removal of goods and compensating the warehouse for extended use of its facilities.
