Warehouse Complex Rules. The Lessee shall follow the Warehouse Complex Rules, provided that in case of any inconsistencies between the Warehouse Complex Rules and the Lease Agreement, the Lease Agreement shall prevail. If the Lessor amends the Warehouse Complex Rules, the Lessee undertakes to approve such amendments, if they do not aggravate the Lessee’s position in comparison with the terms and conditions of this Lease Agreement, within five (5) Business Days upon receipt of the amendments/new edition of the Warehouse Complex Rules from the Lessor. No ungrounded refusal to approve the amendments shall be permitted. If the Lessor has not received a reasoned refusal to approve the amendments/new edition of the Warehouse Complex Rules from the Lessee within the time limits specified in this paragraph, such amendments shall be deemed approved by and applicable to the Lessee.
