WARCO definition

WARCO means the West Africa Regional Coastal Observatory.
WARCO shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in the recitals to this Agreement.

  • This Agreement create a valid and continuing security interest (as defined in the applicable UCC) in the property described in clauses (a) and (b) of Section 2.01 of the Pooling and Servicing Agreement (the “Trust Assets”) in favor of the Trust which security interest is prior to all other Liens, and is enforceable as such against creditors and purchasers from WARCO.
