Walls are considered clean when the surface of the walk, the ceiling, exposed pipes and equipment will have a uniformly clean appearance, free from dirt, stains, streaks, lint and cleaning marks. Painted surfaces must not be damaged. Hard finish glazed ceramic tile surfaces must be bright, free of film, streaks, and deposits.
