Common use of Walkaway Right Clause in Contracts

Walkaway Right. Except as otherwise set forth in Section 4(d)(i), at any time during the period beginning on the 6 month anniversary of a Change in Control and continuing through the 30th day of the calendar month following the month during which such 6 month anniversary occurs, you may terminate your employment by resigning without Good Reason, and you nevertheless will be entitled to receive all the compensation and benefits provided by Section 5(c) .
