Waivers; Modifications. No delay on the part of Pledgee in exercising any of its options, powers or rights, or partial or single exercise thereof, shall constitute a waiver thereof. None of the terms and conditions of this Agreement may be discharged, changed, waived, modified or varied in any manner unless in a writing duly signed by the parties hereto.
