Common use of Waivers; Modifications Clause in Contracts

Waivers; Modifications. None of the terms or provisions of this Security Agreement may be waived, altered, modified or amended except by an instrument in writing, duly executed by Grantor and the Majority Secured Parties. Each Secured Party acknowledges that because this Security Agreement may be amended with the consent of the Majority Secured Parties, each Secured Party's rights hereunder may be amended or waived without such Secured Party's consent.
