Waivers; Modification. No waiver or modification of any of its rights or obligations of any party under this Agreement shall be effective unless the waiver or modification shall be in writing and signed by the Administrative Agent on behalf of the Senior Creditors, the Obligors and the Subordinated Creditors. Each waiver or modification shall be a waiver or modification only with respect to the specific matter to which the waiver or modification relates and shall in no way impair the rights of any party hereto or the obligations of any party hereto in any other respect.
