The contingent deferred sales charge is also waived on Class B and Class C shares sold or issued in the following cases: - Shares sold to the Manager or its affiliates. - Shares sold to registered management investment companies or separate accounts of insurance companies having an agreement with the Manager or the Distributor for that purpose. - Shares issued in plans of reorganization to which the Fund is a party. - Shares sold to present or former officers, directors, trustees or employees (and their "immediate families" as defined above in Section I.A.) of the Fund, the Manager and its affiliates and retirement plans established by them for their employees.
