Waivers by Borrowers. Each of the Borrowers hereby waives -------------------- presentment, notice of dishonor and notice of non-payment with respect to the Collateral, and waives and releases all claims and defenses against the Secured Party with respect to the payment or enforcement of the Obligations and the rights of the Secured Party in the Collateral.
