Common use of Waivers and Notices Clause in Contracts

Waivers and Notices. Any notice required by this Order or waivers to this Order must be in writing and duly signed by the authorized representatives of both Parties. No waiver of any breach of this Order will extend to any subsequent breach. All notices shall be sent by registered prepaid post, by fax, or delivered personally to the representatives of the Parties.
