Common use of Waivers and Further Agreements Clause in Contracts

Waivers and Further Agreements. The waiver of any term or condition of this Agreement or default or breach thereof shall not operate as a waiver of such term or condition except to the extent provided in such waiver or of any other term, condition, default or breach of this Agreement, nor shall any failure to enforce any provision hereof operate as a waiver of such provision or of any other provision hereof.
