Waivers and Extensions. The parties hereto may, by mutual consent, extend the time for performance of any of the obligations or acts of either party hereto. Each party may waive (a) compliance with any of the covenants of the other party contained in this Agreement and/or (b) the other party's performance of any of its obligations set forth in this Agreement.
