Waiver of Termination Rights. As a condition to the grant of the Award, you hereby waive any and all rights to compensation or damages as a result of a termination of employment for any reason whatsoever, insofar as those rights result or may result from (a) the loss or diminution in value of such rights or entitlements under the Plan, or (b) you ceasing to have rights under, or ceasing to be entitled to any awards under the Plan as a result of such termination.
