Common use of Waiver of Termination Event Clause in Contracts

Waiver of Termination Event. The Board may, at its option, by an instrument in writing signed by the Board, waive any Termination Event which shall have occurred and any consequences of such Termination Event and, in such event, the Contracting Party and the Board shall be restored to their former respective rights and obligations hereunder. Any Termination Event so waived shall, for purposes of this Agreement, be deemed to have been cured and not to be continuing; but no such waiver shall extend to any subsequent or other Termination Event or impair any consequence of such subsequent or other Termination Event or any of the Board’s rights relating thereto.
