Waiver of Right to Contest Jurisdiction and Jury Trial. (a) Each Party waives, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (i) any objection which it may now or later have to the laying of venue of any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to this agreement brought in such courts as are prescribed in section 24.11; and (ii) any claim that any action or proceeding brought in such courts has been brought in an inconvenient forum.
