WAIVER OF REDEMPTION AND DEFICIENCY RIGHTS. Each Loan Party hereby expressly waives, to the fullest extent permitted by law, every statute of limitation on a deficiency judgment, any reduction in the proceeds of any Facility Collateral as a result of restrictions upon the Lender contained in the Loan Documents or any other instrument delivered in connection therewith, and any right that they may have to direct the order in which any of the Facility Collateral shall be disposed of in the event of any Disposition pursuant hereto.
