Common use of WAIVER OF REDEMPTION AND DEFICIENCY RIGHTS Clause in Contracts

WAIVER OF REDEMPTION AND DEFICIENCY RIGHTS. Pledgor hereby waives, to the fullest extent permitted by law, every statute of limitation, any right of redemption, any moratorium or redemption period, and any right which Pledgor may have to direct the order in which any of the Collateral shall be disposed of in the event of any disposition thereof pursuant hereto, except as otherwise expressly provided herein or in the other Loan Documents.
