Waiver of Marshalling and Similar Rights. Each of the Subordinated Representatives waives, on its own behalf and on behalf of the Subordinated Creditors, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, any requirement regarding, and agrees not to demand, request, plead or otherwise claim the benefit of, any marshalling, appraisement, valuation or other similar right with respect to the Collateral that may otherwise be available under applicable law or any other similar rights a junior creditor or junior secured creditor may have under applicable law.
