Common use of Waiver of Laws Clause in Contracts

Waiver of Laws. The Agency shall not at any time insist upon or plead in any manner whatsoever, or claim or take the benefit or advantage of any stay or extension now or at any time hereafter in force which may affect the covenants and agreements contained in this Indenture or in the Bonds and all benefit or advantage of any such law or laws is hereby expressly waived by the Agency.‌
