Common use of Waiver of Covenant Clause in Contracts

Waiver of Covenant. One or more waivers of any covenant or condition by Landlord will not be construed as a waiver of a further or subsequent breach of the same covenant or condition, and the consent or approval by Landlord to or of any act by Tenant requiring Landlord’s consent or approval will not be deemed to waive or render unnecessary Landlord’s consent to or approval of any subsequent similar act by Tenant.
