Waiver of Certain Rights and Notices. (a) To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, each Guarantor hereby WAIVES and RELEASES all right to require marshalling of assets and liabilities, sale in inverse order of alienation, notice of acceptance of this Guaranty and of any liability to which it applies or may apply, notice of the creation, accrual, renewal, increase, extension, modification, amendment or rearrangement of any part of the Guaranteed Obligations, presentment, demand for payment, protest, notice of nonpayment, notice of dishonor, notice of intent to accelerate, notice of acceleration and all other notices and demands, collection, suit and the taking of any other action by any Lender or Agent.
