Common use of Waiver of Appraisal Rights Clause in Contracts

Waiver of Appraisal Rights. Shareholder hereby irrevocably waives any rights of appraisal of the fair value of such Shareholder's Shares, rights to dissent from the Merger or other similar rights that such Shareholder may have pursuant to the PBCL or otherwise.
