WAIVER BY AGENT AND LENDERS. No course of dealing between Borrower, any Guarantor, Agent or any Lender and no delay or omission by Agent or any Lender in exercising any right or remedy under this Agreement or the other Loan Documents or with respect to the Obligations shall operate as a waiver thereof or of any other right or remedy, and no single or partial exercise thereof shall preclude any other or further exercise thereof or the exercise of any other right or remedy. All rights and remedies of Agent and Lenders are cumulative.
