WAIVER AND VARIATION. 18.7.1 Except as expressly otherwise provided in this Agreement, no omission or delay on the part of any Party in exercising any right or remedy under this Agreement or by Law shall be construed as a waiver thereof or of any other right or remedy, or shall prejudice or impair any further exercise of such or any other right or remedy. Any single or partial exercise of any right or remedy under this Agreement or by Law shall not preclude the further or any future exercise thereof or of any other right or remedy.
