WAIT STAFF. On or before each September 15th, Employees who are scheduled and appear for work shall be issued, at the Employer's expense, two tops, one tie, and one vest or cummerbund. Black work/dress pants or skirts must be supplied by the Employee and kept clean and in good repair. Replacement costs of uniforms will be paid by the Employee.
