Wage Movements. The hourly rates will be increased annually, such increase to take effect during the first full pay period occurring after 1st July each year. The increase will be an increase on the preceding year’s standard hourly rates for grades and individual wages of 5% for 2005, and 5% for 2006.
Wage Movements. 15.1 Wage movements will be in lieu of National Wage increases. No general wage rate adjustment will be made during the life of this Agreement apart from those provided for in this clause. Wage Movements. Any wage movements during the life of this agreement other than individual classification movements will largely be based on achievement of individual / team and company performance targets. Wage adjustments will be made in line with 3.11.3
Wage Movements. Over the duration of this long-term CAO, the salaries in Appendix 1B will be indexed in accordance with the CBS Statline average CAO wage movements, for the first time as of 1 January 2023 and thereafter every year, as of 1 January. The reference date is 1 November of the previous year.
