WACHOVIA] ADDENDUM. From and after the date when the Collateral Agent shall receive a duly executed [Wachovia] Addendum, (i) the Cash Management Obligations will become Secured Obligations hereunder, subject to the limitations contained herein, and (ii) [Wachovia] shall become a Secured Party hereunder, and shall thereupon become entitled to the benefits, and be bound by the obligations, under this Agreement as a Secured Party, including without limitation Section 10 of the Security Agreement.
