INITIAL HERE The Student Staff Agreement is a document that helps to determine the nature of the relationship between student staff and the Office of Residential Education. Should new information become available, the Office of Residential Education reserves the right to update the terms of this document and inform all involved parties. The signature below indicates that the student staff member has read, understands, and agrees to the terms of this agreement with the Office of Residential Education & Dining Services. ALL WRITINGS CONTAINED HEREIN This Agreement contains all the terms and conditions agreed upon by the parties. No other understandings, oral or otherwise, regarding the subject matter of this Agreement shall be deemed to exist or to bind any of the parties hereto.
Follow the Fortunes The Reinsurer’s liability shall attach simultaneously with that of the Companies and shall be subject in all respects to the same risks, original terms and conditions, interpretations, waivers, and to the same cancellation of the Insurance Contracts as the Companies are subject to, the true intent of this Agreement being that the Reinsurer shall, in every case to which this Agreement applies, follow the fortunes and follow the settlements of the Companies.
Additionally each Guarantor, jointly and severally, unconditionally and irrevocably, guarantees the payment of any and all Guaranteed Obligations of the Borrower to the Creditors whether or not due or payable by the Borrower upon the occurrence in respect of the Borrower of any of the events specified in Section 9.05 of the Credit Agreement, and unconditionally and irrevocably, jointly and severally, promises to pay such Guaranteed Obligations to the Creditors, or order, on demand, in lawful money of the United States.
Advice of the Fund and Service Providers If ALPS is in doubt as to any action it should or should not take, ALPS may request directions, advice, or instructions from the Fund or, as applicable, the Fund’s investment adviser, custodian, or other service providers.
Court Appearance Leave Without Pay An employee may request and shall be granted leave without pay for the time required to make an appearance as a plaintiff or defendant in a civil or criminal court proceeding that is not connected with the employee's officially assigned duties. However, reduction in salary will not be made for an FLSA-exempt employee to testify in court or at a deposition except for full workweek increments where such testimony causes an absence of one (1) or more full workweeks.
Exclusive Service Employee shall devote his best efforts and full time to rendering services on behalf of the Corporation in furtherance of its best interests. Employee shall comply with all policies, standards and regulations of the Corporation now or hereafter promulgated, and shall perform his duties under this Agreement to the best of his abilities and in accordance with standards of conduct applicable to officers of banks.
Personally Owned Professional Material The employer shall reimburse an employee to a maximum of $150 for loss, damage or personal insurance deductible to personally owned professional material brought to the employee’s workplace to assist in the execution of the employee’s duties, provided that:
Standards of Service (a) The Permittee shall furnish good, prompt and efficient service adequate to meet all the demands for its services at the Airport, and furnish said services on a fair, equal and nondiscriminatory basis to all users thereof; provided, however, that the Permittee shall be allowed to make reasonable and nondiscriminatory discounts or other similar types of price reductions to volume purchasers or users.
Terms Herein Controlling Provisions The terms of this attachment shall prevail and control over the terms of any other conflicting provision in any other document relating to and a part of the Agreement.
