VPK Program management. 7.2.1. The ELC shall verify and document all child eligibility and reenrollment requirements as specified in Rule 6M-8.201, F.A.C. and Rule 6M-8.210, F.A.C. 7.2.2. The ELC shall verify and document VPK program service delivery, appropriate payment, and appropriate payment adjustments. 7.2.3. The ELC shall verify and document receipt and review of child attendance records. 7.2.4. The ELC shall follow the requirements of s. 1002.72, F.S., relating to child records in the VPK Education Program.
