Common use of Voting of Units Owned by Affiliates Clause in Contracts

Voting of Units Owned by Affiliates. The Advisor, the Sponsor, the Managers and officers, and their Affiliates may not vote their Units regarding the removal of any of Affiliates or any other transaction between such Affiliates and the Company. All Units owned by the Advisor, the Sponsor, the Managers and officers, and their Affiliates shall be excluded in determining the requisite percentage of interest in Units necessary to approve a matter on which the Advisor, the Sponsor, the Managers and officers, and their Affiliates, as applicable, may not vote or consent.
