Voting Certificates and Block Voting Instructions. The Principal Paying Agent shall, at the request of any Class A Noteholder, issue Voting Certificates and Block Voting Instructions in a form and manner which comply with the provisions for meetings of Noteholders set out in Schedule 4 (Provisions for Meetings of Noteholders) of the Trust Deed. The Principal Paying Agent shall keep a full record of Voting Certificates and Block Voting Instructions issued by it and shall give to the Issuer and the Note Trustee, not less than 24 hours before the time appointed for any meeting, full particulars of all Voting Certificates and Block Voting Instructions issued by it in respect of such meeting.
