Voting as a Single Class. With respect to any matter on which the Limited Voting Stock is entitled to vote pursuant to the provisions of Section 4(a) of this Article Third, the Common Stock and the Limited Voting Stock shall vote together as a single class, except if otherwise required by the MGCL.
