Vote at Meeting by Nonattending Working Interest Owner. Any Working Interest Owner who is not represented at a meeting may vote on any agenda item by letter or telegram addressed to the representative of the Unit Operator if its vote is received prior to the vote on the item, provided such nonattending Working Interest Owner’s vote shall not be counted in the vote taken on any item that was amended or altered at the meeting.
