Voluntary Surplus Declaration. Teachers with ten (10) years or more consecutive service in the same school who are not in the Supervision for Growth appraisal process under a repeat performance or who are not under review as per Procedure ▇▇▇.▇▇, may voluntarily declare themselves surplus to their school for the following school year. Such declarations shall be made in writing to the Principal with a copy to Human Resources by 10 April.
