VOLUNTARY REASSIGNMENT/TRANSFER. Teachers desiring a reassignment or transfer shall file a written request to the Personnel Administrator with a copy to the teacher’s building principal(s). Requests for the following school year will be submitted no later than February 1. Requests of individual teachers for reassignments or transfers will be honored to the extent that they do not conflict with the instructional requirements and best interest of the District.
