Voluntary Execution; Representations. You acknowledge that (i) you have consulted with or have had the opportunity to consult with independent counsel of your own choosing concerning this Agreement and have been advised to do so by the Company, and (ii) you have read and understand this Agreement, are competent and of sound mind to execute this Agreement, are fully aware of the legal effect of this Agreement, and have entered into it freely based on your own judgment and without duress.
