Common use of Voluntary Act Clause in Contracts

Voluntary Act. The Employee represents that he fully understands his right to review all aspects of this Agreement with an attorney of his choice, that he has had an opportunity to consult with an attorney of his choice, that he has carefully read and fully understands all the provisions of this Agreement and that he is freely, knowingly and voluntarily entering into this Agreement.

Voluntary Act. The Employee represents and agrees that he Employee is fully understands his aware of Employee’s right to review discuss any and all aspects of this Agreement matter with an attorney of his Employee’s choice, that he has had an opportunity to consult with an attorney of his choice, that he Employee has carefully read and fully understands all of the provisions of this Agreement Agreement, and that he Employee is freely, knowingly and voluntarily entering into this Agreement.
