Voluminous Materials Sample Clauses

Voluminous Materials. Books and records shall be made available at ▇▇▇’▇ office in the County during Normal Business Hours, or at such other reasonable time and place as the parties may agree, including electronic submission. If any books, records, maps or plans, or other requested documents are too voluminous, or for security reasons cannot be copied and moved, then Cox may request that any inspection take place at some other location, provided that (1) Cox shall make necessary arrangements for copying documents selected by the County after review; and (2) electronically transmitting said documents to the County. The parties agree that any payments made by Cox hereunder are not a franchise fee.
