Volume Performance Matrix. The percentage of target Volume Award eligible to be earned shall be determined based on achievement of Volume during the Performance Period as follows: To the extent the Volume is between the Volume targets listed in the Volume Performance Matrix, then the percentage of the target Volume Award eligible to be earned shall be determined using linear interpolation.
