Common use of Void Transfers Clause in Contracts

Void Transfers. Each Limited Partner acknowledges and agrees that such Limited Partner shall not Transfer any Interest(s) except in accordance with the provisions of this Article XI and, to the extent applicable to such Limited Partner, any Equity Grant Agreement. Any attempted Transfer in violation of the preceding sentence shall be deemed null and void for all purposes, and the Partnership will not record any such Transfer on its books or treat any purported transferee as the owner of such Interest(s) for any purpose.
