Vmray Analyzer. 1. Service Specifications VMRay Analyzer is a security solution for analyzing and detecting potentially malicious data. To that end, Customer can submit Samples through different interfaces, such as web UI, API, or email. If the submitted Sample type is supported and a suitable configuration defined, an Analysis is performed and one or more Analysis Reports are generated. 2. Service Restrictions Depending on the specific Service, and if not otherwise agreed on, there may be restrictions on the • maximum number of users (“User Limit”), • maximum number of Analysis Jobs executed in parallel (“Job Limit”) • maximum number of Analysis Jobs executed per day (“Analyzer Quota”), or • availability of certain interfaces or advanced features. Unused Analyzer Quota cannot be transferred to the next day. Please notice, that some of the less complex Analysis Jobs do not contribute to the Analyzer Quota.
