Common use of Visits and Inspections Clause in Contracts

Visits and Inspections. The Borrower will, and will cause each Material Subsidiary to, permit representatives of the Administrative Agent and any of the Lenders, upon reasonable notice, to (a) visit and inspect the properties of the Borrower or any Material Subsidiary during business hours, (b) inspect and make extracts from and copies of their respective books and records, and (c) discuss with their respective principal officers and accountants (with representatives of the Borrower participating in such discussions with their accountants) their respective businesses, assets, liabilities, financial positions, results of operations and business prospects, all at such reasonable times and as often as reasonably requested.
