Visitor/Vendor Access Clause Samples

The Visitor/Vendor Access clause establishes the rules and conditions under which third-party individuals, such as visitors or vendors, may enter and operate within a property or facility. Typically, this clause outlines requirements for prior authorization, identification, supervision, and compliance with safety or confidentiality protocols while on the premises. Its core function is to protect the property owner or operator by controlling access, minimizing security risks, and ensuring that all external parties adhere to established policies during their visit.
