Visiting the Leased Premises. During the last twelve ( 12 ) months of the Term of this Lease, the Lessee shall permit any person interested in leasing the Leased Premises to visit the Leased Premises during Business Hours. The Lessee shall permit the Leased Premises to be visited by any broker, purchaser, lender or evaluator of the Immovable. The Lessor shall exercise its right in a reasonable manner.
Visiting the Leased Premises. During the final twelve (12) months of the Term of this Lease, the Tenant shall permit the Landlord or any other person designated by the Landlord to visit the Leased Premises, during normal business hours. The Tenant shall also permit the Landlord, at any time during normal business hours, to show the Leased Premises to any broker, purchaser or assessor of the Building.

During the Term of this Lease and any renewal terms, the Tenant shall permit the Landlord or any other person designated by the Landlord to visit the Leased Premises during normal business hours.
